Lifetime Guarantee
We Stand Behind What We Make. For Life.
A well-made leather good should be carried, used, traveled with, and lived in—not saved for special occasions.
That belief is at the heart of the WILL Leather Goods Lifetime Guarantee. We stand behind the materials we choose, the craftsmanship that goes into every piece, and the way our products are constructed. If your eligible WILL product ever fails because of a craftsmanship or manufacturing issue, we'll work to make it right.
Not for a year. Not for a season. For life.
Made to Be Used. Built to Last.
We don't expect your WILL leather goods to remain untouched. Quite the opposite.
A favorite leather bag may soften after years of travel. A wallet will develop its own shape. A belt will deepen in color. Edges burnish, surfaces pick up marks, and leather develops a rich patina that tells the story of where it's been.
Those signs of a life well lived are part of what makes genuine leather remarkable.
But when something goes beyond character and becomes a problem with the craftsmanship, materials, or construction of your eligible WILL product, our Lifetime Guarantee is there.
What Does the WILL Lifetime Guarantee Cover?
Our Lifetime Guarantee reflects the confidence we have in the materials we use and the way our leather goods are made.
If an eligible WILL product experiences a manufacturer defect or unexpected wear and tear as it ages, we will evaluate the product and work to repair it whenever possible. In some cases, when a repair isn't possible or appropriate, the item may need to be replaced.
Proof of purchase is required for repairs covered under our Lifetime Guarantee.
Natural Leather Variations
Leather is a natural material, and part of its character is that no two hides are exactly alike. Our leathers are dyed in small batches, which means subtle variations in color, tone, grain, and texture can occur from one batch—and even one piece—to the next. A Cognac bag, for example, may be slightly lighter, darker, or richer in tone than another Cognac piece.
We make every effort to photograph our products as accurately as possible so you know what to expect when your order arrives. Still, slight variation from the images shown is a natural part of handcrafted leather goods—and one of the details that makes each WILL piece uniquely its own.
Take Care of It. Carry It Longer.
A lifetime with leather requires a little care along the way.
Regular conditioning helps preserve the leather's natural strength, flexibility, and character. Keeping your leather properly conditioned is one of the simplest ways to help your favorite WILL bag, belt, wallet, or accessory continue aging well for years to come.

Lifetime Guarantee FAQ
Does WILL Leather Goods offer a lifetime guarantee?
Yes. Eligible WILL Leather Goods products are backed by our Lifetime Guarantee against qualifying issues related to materials, craftsmanship, construction, manufacturer defects, and certain unexpected wear and tear as the product ages.
What happens if my WILL product needs repair?
Contact our team with your proof of purchase. We'll evaluate the product and determine the appropriate repair. When a repair isn't possible, an eligible product may need to be replaced in accordance with the terms of our Lifetime Guarantee.
Does the Lifetime Guarantee cover normal leather aging?
Leather naturally changes with use. Patina, burnished edges, creasing, scratches, nicks, and changes in color can all be part of the normal aging process rather than evidence of a defect.
Are zippers and bag linings guaranteed for life?
Certain components—including fabric linings, exterior textiles, Velcro or elastic, and nylon zippers—are covered by a limited one-year guarantee from the original purchase date rather than the Lifetime Guarantee.
Do I need proof of purchase for a Lifetime Guarantee repair?
Yes. Proof of purchase is required for repairs covered by the WILL Leather Goods Lifetime Guarantee.
What if my product isn't covered by the Lifetime Guarantee?
Contact us anyway. Depending on the product and the repair needed, we may be able to help through our invoiced repair services.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your WILL product, we want to hear from you and do what we can to make it right—and, whenever possible, help keep a well-loved piece in use for years to come.
How should I care for my WILL leather goods?
Regular conditioning helps maintain the leather's strength and longevity while allowing it to develop its natural patina. Visit our Leather Care guide for more information and conditioning recommendations.
