Thuma Limited Warranty A. Who the warranty covers This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product. The product must be purchased directly from Thuma. Please maintain a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase. B. Duration of coverage This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product. C. What the warranty covers This warranty covers any breakage of or defects in the wooden frame, including the slats. Any breakage must occur while the product is in normal “bedroom” use. The frame must be assembled correctly. Thuma will repair or replace, in our discretion, damaged or defective products that are covered by this warranty. We may replace your product with a similar product of a similar value. D. What the warranty does not cover This warranty does not cover damage that occurs to the product in transit; damage caused by modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product; physical abuse of the product including but not limited to burns, cuts, or stains; damage caused by a natural disaster or other catastrophe such as flood or fire; damage resulting from negligence; normal wear and tear; small cracks, dents, or stains that do not affect the functionality of the product; or a change of mind. This warranty does not cover products purchased or used in hospitality, home rental, or other business use cases. Pillowboards and/or Pillowboard Covers, are not covered under this warranty. E. How to get service Please email our Concierge team at help@thuma.co. Photos of the damage or defects must be provided for review. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Thuma. We reserve sole discretion to determine whether or not damages are covered under this warranty. F. Disclaimer This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
