Lifetime Warranty

We proudly stand behind every pair of sunglasses we make. Your frames are covered under our lifetime warranty and the best stories make it into our Warranty Hall of Fame.

Lifetime Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty covers your sunglasses frames for the lifetime of the product. We guarantee against all defects in materials or workmanship, as well as frame breaks that occur during normal use of the sunglasses. Under our warranty, if your sunglasses frames break, we will replace your sunglasses, excluding the cost of shipping. ‘Normal use’ does not include damage that occurs during outrageous or negligent events surrounding your sunglasses (i.e. run over by a car, or intentional abuse or damage to the frames). Additionally, our warranty does not cover lost sunglasses, but if you write in to us with your story of how you lost them we can definitely help you out (Brownie points for having a super crazy story!). Most importantly, our warranty policy only covers ONE warranty replacement for each pair of sunglasses purchased.

Wear and Tear

We will NOT replace frames that sustain superficial damage, paint scuffs or minor wear and tear. If the product is still wearable, we don’t want to replace it as that is a waste of a perfectly good pair of shades.Scratches or scuffs on your frames are nothing more than a record/memoir of the awesome adventures that you’ve had in your Sunskis. But if something breaks due to manufacturer defect or during normal use, we’ve got you covered.

We reserve the right to decide if your damage is covered under our Lifetime Warranty, but tell us a good story and we'll likely be pretty lenient.

Lens Replacement

Our lenses are handled with our Lens Replacement Program, but are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Lenses are the most delicate part of a pair of sunglasses, and all lenses will scratch if you adventure hard enough. Because of this, we're not able to automatically cover them under our lifetime warranty.

For lenses, we guarantee against any defect in materials or workmanship (this includes delamination, loss of coating, or peeling apart – if your lenses experience any of these defects, submit a claim below). If you scratch your lenses, we offer an extremely convenient and subsidized Lens Replacement Program with lens kits that you can order and swap lenses at home! If you are wondering if you can fix a cracked or broken sunglasses lens, unfortunately, the answer is no—once a sunglasses lens is cracked or broken, it is not fixable. But don’t despair! At Sunski, we offer replacement lenses for all of our sunglasses. So if you are really hard on your sunglasses, get a pair of Sunski sunglasses and the next time you wreck your lenses, just swap the sunglasses lenses instead of throwing away a perfectly good pair of frames! Our replacement lenses are super easy to use. Simply pop out the old damaged lenses and pop in the new! Sunski replacement lenses are the perfect answer to fixing a cracked or broken sunglasses lens.
