LIFETIME WARRANTY Signature Championship Rings stands behind every product sold. With all rings and pendants sold with our Dynasty and Ultimate packages, we include a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the following for the original order: ● Defects in material and workmanship that are present at the time of the original delivery will be repaired at Signature Championship Rings discretion. ○ Product will be remade if repairs cannot be made ● Replacement of damaged stones (at no cost) ● Restoration of the original finish on your ring/pendant due to normal wear and tear ● Lost or stolen rings/pendants (with a deductible of $85) ● Ring resizing within 1.5 sizes of the original order This warranty does not cover name changes, banner changes or jersey numbers changes (unless the mistake was on behalf of Signature Championship Rings). These changes can be made for a cost of $45 per change and a return shipping fee of $15. Non-Manufacturing Defect Repair Shipping Charge All non-manufacturing defect repairs are subject to a $15 return shipping and handling fee which must be paid by the customer prior to the return of the repaired or remade item. To preserve the beauty and luster of your jewelry: ● Wash in a mild detergent in lukewarm water and rinse. Then dry with a soft, clean cloth. ● Do not use any type of brush, sharp instrument or rough cloth for cleaning. ● To protect your jewelry from permanent damage, avoid any contact with mercury. The effect of mercury and harsh acids on silver and gold is severe and permanent. ● Be sure to remove your jewelry before working with such harmful agents. ● To safeguard against damage, and personal injury, always remove your jewelry before engaging in sports or heavy labor . Quality stones and precious metals will not stand abuse. Signature Championship Rings strives to leave all customers satisfied with their products. We guarantee that all items sold will be free from all manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you believe your jewelry item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we may evaluate your item. If you are asked to return the item(s), Signature Championship Rings will inspect the item(s) and then contact you before proceeding with any changes to the item. Wear And Tear All Signature championship rings come with a limited warranty that covers all wear-and-tear on your ring for 1 year from the date of production. Any repair requests submitted beyond this time frame will incur a fee, the exact amount of which will be determined by the size and scope of the repair(s) needed. A quote will be provided by our Repairs department prior to the beginning of any refurbishment. What is not covered in this warranty: Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include: ● The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing ● Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear ● Prongs that, due to normal wear and tear, catch, wear out, or bend, and result in the loss of a gemstone ● The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage Non-Manufacturing Defect Repair Shipping Charge All non-manufacturing defect repairs are subject to a $15 return shipping and handling fee which must be paid by the customer prior to the return of the repaired or remade item. Depending on the package selected at the time of purchase, your Signature championship ring may be eligible for free resizing of your ring. ● Rings purchased under the “Basic” or “Champions” packages are not eligible for free resizing ● Any ring made with custom stones is not eligible for free resizing, regardless of the package selected at the time of purchase.
