You can count on it being functional, free of defects, and adaptable to your ever-changing needs. Not only will we do everything we can to keep it in your life, but we’ll also keep as much as we can out of the trash by continually improving our design for recyclability. Our Policy What That Means If part of your RUX product* becomes defective, we will repair or replace it with a fully-functioning item in the same or better condition. We know RUX products are going to get beaten up. It’s the nature of their usage case. Nicks and scratches and wear and tear will be part of the game. If you’re looking for help with repair, we will be happy to help for a small fee. We’ve strategically designed RUX for efficient repair. But if RUX breaks due to a manufacturing defect or through normal use, we’ll be sure to cover it for you. We also aim to keep your RUX in functional condition for a long and sustainable life, and keep as many parts out of the recycling or landfill as possible. Your warranty claim will more likely result in repair parts being sent to you, repair by us when needed, or replacement with refurbished parts instead of sending a new replacement product. *Standard warranty does not apply to apparel or logo swag, which are produced by 3rd party partners. We guarantee apparel against manufacturing defects, but it is not guaranteed for a lifetime of use. Details What's Covered Lifetime Warranty Will Cover: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover: Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or normal wear & tear Failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage Things we don’t manufacture ourselves (Apparel & Utility Straps) Damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
