WARRANTIES AND RETURNS If, for any reason, your product's performance is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we want the chance to make it right. We stand behind our products and will work diligently to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. In the claims process, please understand that warrantied products are replaced at REP's discretion and warranties do not cover normal product wear. Products modified or repaired outside of REP will be void of warranty coverage. Warranties may be voided if a product is damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage (i.e. storing outside), or handling by the user. REP does not guarantee compatibility with other companies’ products and warranties can be voided in these cases. **Negligent or faulty use includes: abusive dropping of the bar (i.e. dropping the loaded bar on a box, bench, spotter arms, or pins in a rack; excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers; excessive dropping with iron plates; excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces; and/or similar usage).** CONTACT US REP PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION MATERIAL WARRANTY TYPE Bands Home use: 1 year Commercial use: 6 months Short Resistance Bands 30 days Battle Ropes 1 year Bench frames 10 years Bumper Plates (LB and KG) 10 and 15lbs: 6 months 25, 35, 45, and 55lbs: 3 years home use and 1 year commercial use Change Plates (LB and KG) Home use: 3 years Commercial use: 1 year Competition Bumper Plates (LB and KG) 5 years Crash Pads 1 year Dumbbells Home use: Lifetime warranty* Commercial use: 1 year Fractional Change Plates 1 year Iron Plates 1 year Jump ropes 1 year Kettlebells Lifetime warranty* Massage Gun 18-month limited manufacturer's warranty from factory defects or workmanship Medicine Balls 1 year (does not cover slamming) Pop-pins, pulleys, bearings, and cables 1 year QuickDraw™ Adjustable Dumbbell Lifetime warranty* Rack and functional trainer frames Lifetime warranty* Sandbags 1 year Sewn items 1 year Slam Balls Home use: 1 year Commercial use: 6 months Sleds Frame: Lifetime warranty* Skids: 1 year Structural welds on attachments and frames Lifetime warranty* Technique Plates (LB and KG) Home use: 3 year Commercial use: 1 year Upholstery 30 days Urethane Coated Equalizer Plates 10, 25, 35, and 45lbs: Lifetime warranty* 2.5 and 5lbs: 5 years Wood items 1 year REP FITNESS BARBELL WARRANTIES BARBELL WARRANTY TYPE Alpine Weightlifting Bar Lifetime warranty* Axle Bar Lifetime warranty* Badlands Bar 5 years Basic Bar 1 year Black Canyon Bar 5 years Black Diamond Power Bar Lifetime warranty* Cambered Swiss Bar 5 years Colorado Bar Lifetime warranty* Curl Bar Hard chrome: 5 years Stainless steel: Lifetime warranty* Deep Knurl Stainless Steel Power Bar EX Lifetime warranty* Delta Basic Bar 1 year Double Black Diamond Power Bar Lifetime warranty* Excalibur Barbell Hard chrome: 5 years Stainless steel: Lifetime warranty* Farmer's Walk Handles Lifetime warranty* Gladiator MX Barbell 5 years Gladiator Olympic Barbell Hard chrome: 5 years Stainless steel: Lifetime warranty* Hades Deadlift Bar Lifetime warranty* Helios Squat Bar Lifetime warranty* Mesa Technique Bar 1 year Open Trap Bar 5 years Rackable Curl Bar Hard chrome: 5 years Stainless steel: Lifetime warranty* Sabre Barbell 1 year Safety Squat Bar Bar: Lifetime warranty* Pad: 1 year Stainless Steel Power Bar Lifetime warranty* Stainless Steel Power Speed Bar Lifetime warranty* Technique Barbell 1 year Teton Training Bar 5 years Trap Bar 5 years LIFETIME WARRANTY* REP Fitness will warranty these products from defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
