Terms of Warranty: This warranty covers defect in material or workmanship in the PRT product. Warranty period: a limited lifetime warranty is provided, and products that have not been installed or used can be returned within 180 days. Claim information: To make a claim under this warranty, provide the defective product information (photos or video) with the batch code which engraved on the product, and reason for claim. Claim form: return the defective product with the original receipt dated to the dealer or retailer from whom it was purchased. PRT will exchange/replace any and all products which have met the provisions below and have been deemed defective by either PRT or an authorized dealer, and the shipping cost will be borne by PRT. This warranty is non-transferable. This warranty has no cash value. This warranty does not apply to products which: 1. Have been modified or disassembled 2 Have been improperly applied: (a) defective and / or inappropriate installation; (b) application of inappropriate tools; (c) damage caused by other suspension components in poor conditions. 3. Have been installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes, or any other non-cataloged applications. 4. Costs incurred for removal of defective products or installation of replacements are not covered by this warranty, nor are any other damages (either incidental or consequential), regardless of when failure occurs. 5. "Lifetime" means for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the PRT products were originally installed. 6. The warranty of PRT products is restricted to the replacement of the defective product or the reimbursement of the amount paid for the product, not including other additional costs, direct or indirect, related to the replacement. 7. The warranty will not be valid when a part has damage caused by any type of accident. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Any implied warranties you may have under state law are limited to the same duration as this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusion may not apply to you. PRI will contact warranty-serviced consumers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys relating to product and warranty service. Survey activity will provide valuable feedback and help measure the level of consumer satisfaction in different markets.
