Our value tools carry a 2-year warranty — and even those have no conditions on replacement. If you need it, you need it. Just provide an original order ID proving ownership, and you’re eligible for a replacement or refund. Not happy with a commercial purchase for any reason? We’ll refund your full purchase price within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked — up to $500. If you bought one of our pro-grade, lifetime-warranty tools, those 50% replacements are available for life. If you opted for a 2-year tool, your 50% replacements run for two full years.
