Having a problem with your bag? We're here to help!
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Po Campo takes pride in building high quality products and we stand behind our bags. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Po Campo sewn bags that have been released since March 2020. Should your Po Campo bag be found defective under this warranty, Po Campo, at its option, will repair or replace it. Bags in a color no longer available at Po Campo.com will be replaced with a store credit equal to the last sale price of that product. Our warranty applies to the original owner of the product and does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
