Pit Viper

Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Defects Warranty

All purchases include a warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship present in the product. It does not guarantee that the product will last for any particular period of time and is not a guarantee of durability or service life.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear; scratches, fading, deterioration, or other effects of normal use; accidental damage; damage caused by misuse or improper storage; damage caused by modification or alteration of the product; or damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose.

If your Pit Vipers have a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, submit a warranty claim using the form below. We will review the claim and, where it qualifies under this warranty, provide the remedy available under our warranty policy.
For consumers in the European Union: this voluntary commercial warranty is separate from, and does not limit or replace, any rights you have under the legal guarantee of conformity or other mandatory consumer-protection law.
