What is your lifetime guarantee?Updated 7 months ago
Our lifetime guarantee is for our socks program only. Our socks are built for comfort, softness, and durability—but we know even the best pairs can wear out with enough adventuring. If your favorites has seen better days, we’ve got you covered. We’ll replace them for free through our Lifetime Sock Warranty.
Here’s how to request a replacement:
1. Start your claim here
2. Select the reason for the replacement
3. Fill out the short claim form (don’t forget your order number and date)
4. Tell us your sock story—how you’ve used them, how you’ve cared for them, and what led to the wear
5. Upload a photo of each pair you’re requesting to replace
Our Customer Happiness Team will review your claim and send you a fresh new pair—on the house!
Please note: Standard shipping charges may apply.
We genuinely love hearing your stories, your feedback helps us keep making our products better for all your future adventures.
