U.S. and Canada Limited Warranty Program We stand by our products. We want you to have the best experience from your Our Place products, so our team is here to help. Please contact us here if you have any questions regarding our warranty program or need advice on using your product. Lagom Kitchen Company d/b/a “Our Place” (“Our Place”, “we”, or “our”) offers different limited warranties based on product type. Please search below for your product type for the applicable detailed warranty information. This Warranty Program is made solely by Our Place and no other person or entity and is offered on the terms and conditions set forth in this Warranty Program on www.fromourplace.com/warranty. This Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Our Place or an Our Place authorized retailer. If you have any questions regarding whether a seller is an authorized retailer, please contact us. This Warranty covers the original retail consumer purchaser or a consumer that receives the product new and unused as a gift from the original retail purchaser. This Warranty is not transferable. Coverage terminates if a covered consumer sells or otherwise transfers the product. These Warranty terms apply only to products purchased and used in the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec. For customers in the UK, please see here. This Warranty applies when products are used normally for their intended purposes and in accordance with the usage instructions. Please see full exclusions in “Exclusions and Limitations of Liability” below. Titanium Products Limited Lifetime Warranty What does this warranty cover? This Warranty covers defects in material or construction when used normally in accordance with Our Place’s care instructions for the following products: Titanium Always Pan Pro Titanium Perfect Pot Pro See the general warranty exclusions below. How long does this warranty last? A lifetime–the Warranty period for covered titanium products is limited to the end of the original retail purchaser’s lifetime.
