Limited Lifetime Warranty Against Defects

Submit a Warranty Claim here.

It takes years of meticulous design and testing to develop each and every one of our products. They are crafted to withstand a lifetime of cooking under even the most strenuous condition. That’s why all Misen products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material, construction or workmanship under normal use.

Damage to products from misuse, intentional abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or issues that occur from failure to follow care instructions and product guides is not covered. Warranty extends only to products purchased directly from Misen (only Misen.com or Misen’s Amazon account), and only to the product’s original purchaser. Warranty does not cover Misen products purchased through retailers, resellers, or secondhand marketplaces including but not limited to Ebay or Facebook Marketplace.

We’d be happy to help quickly and easily replace any products covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects. Please see below for what is not covered. If a defective product has been discontinued, you will receive a gift card for the full amount of your original purchase to use toward something we know you’ll love. Sets and bundles are treated as single products.
