Hilleberg

Warranty and Repairs

This information applies to North America only.

Warranty

Hilleberg tents and shelters have a lifetime warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship. Any failure or defect in materials or workmanship is covered under our lifetime warranty and will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Damages due to improper handling, accidents or general wear and tear, including effects from UV-exposure and sand, are not covered under the warranty.

Return Policy

You can never buy the “wrong” tent from us. You have the right to return the product to us within 15 days provided it is in new condition (not pitched outside). Once we have received and approved the returned goods, you will be credited within a few days.

Repair Policy

Damages due to improper handling, accidents or general wear and tear can be repaired at a nominal cost.

Both for hygiene reasons and for the protection of our repair equipment, tents sent to us for repair work must be clean and dry. We reserve the right to return dirty tents without effecting any repairs.
