Herschel

Warranty

• All Herschel Supply products are protected under one of two warranties.

  Limited Lifetime Warranty.
We stand behind the quality of our bags, accessories, drinkware and our luggage with a Limited Lifetime Warranty— our guarantee that every Herschel Supply item is free of material and manufacturing defects. To avoid any confusion, “Accessories” is defined as any Herschel Supply accessory products, including wallets, iPhone cases, laptop and tablet sleeves, technology storage cases, toiletry bags, and bag charms. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and subject to applicable laws.

  Limited 1-Year Warranty.
Our Limited 1-Year Warranty is listed in Section 05 and covers our apparel products. To avoid any confusion,
“Apparel” is defined as any Herschel Supply clothing products, including jackets, headwear, pants, hoodies, sweaters, fleece, and to a limited extent, socks. Please note that Herschel Supply socks that are taken out of original packaging are considered used, and are therefore final sales, non-returnable, and not covered by warranty. The Limited 1-Year Warranty is valid for 1 year, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and subject to applicable laws.
In both cases, the applicable warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

Making a Claim With Proof of Purchase
If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with local law and our warranty claims process (as updated from time to time), replace or offer reimbursement for the item, when applicable.

If the malfunction and/or defect fall within our warranty policy, our Customer Service team will authorize the defect and issue you a Claim Number.

Upon completing the warranty claims process, you’ll receive a gift card valid online and in-store equivalent to the original purchase price of your item.

Making a Claim Without Proof of Purchase
If proof of purchase is unavailable, no problem.

Our Customer Service team will review your claim and if approved, you’ll receive a credit valid online and in-store equivalent to 70% of your item’s last selling price.

Please use this form to register your Warranty claim for any Herschel Supply product bought online or in one of our official retailers around the world. If your region is not available to select, please reach out to customerservice@herschel.com for support with your claim.
