If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to contact us directly by calling us at 866-200-2354 or submitting a form through our Contact Us page.
Henry Repeating Arms firearms are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any such defects of which Henry Repeating Arms receives notice after the date of purchase by the original owner will be remedied by Henry Repeating Arms without charge as quickly as possible following the delivery of the firearm as provided below.
Warranty claims and the firearm concerned should be entered in our Henry Warranty Service system for approval and a complimentary return shipping label.
For direct sales, should your issue be unserviceable for any reason, Henry Repeating Arms will issue a full refund including shipping costs to the original payment method.
Any other refunds will be issues via check delivered by USPS.
