All GORUCK gear and apparel is covered by our Scars Lifetime Guarantee. If you manage to wear out or damage gear through use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Proof of purchase is not required — our products are identifiable — and there are no time limitations. Hence lifetime. Our footwear is built to outperform typical shoes, but footwear will wear down over time. We stand behind every pair with a guarantee against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear from use is not covered.

If your gear isn’t built to our standards, we’ll make it right—no excuses. If there’s a defect in workmanship or materials, we’ll fix or replace it (at our discretion), free of charge.
Defects show up fast, usually within the first few uses, so let us know within 14 days of receiving your gear, and we’ll get you a replacement.
