Lifetime Limited Warranty for Commercial Flagpole Shafts

1. Warranty Coverage

This Lifetime Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Federal Flags, LLC ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the commercial flagpole shaft ("Product"). The Company warrants that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product under normal use and conditions.

1. Warranty Period

This Warranty begins on the date of purchase and continues for the lifetime of the Product, as long as the Product remains in the possession of the original Purchaser.

1. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

• Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
• Damage resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to, severe weather conditions such as hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, earthquakes, floods, and other natural disasters.
• Damage resulting from over-flagging, defined as the use of flags that exceed the recommended size and weight for the Product.

1. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:

1. Provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase.
2. Provide photos of the failed shaft that clearly show the failure point, and the date that the failure occurred.
3. Contact Company at info@federalflags.com to begin a warranty claim.

1. Company’s Responsibility

Upon receipt of the warranty claim and supporting photos and description, Company will, at its sole discretion, either:

• Repair the defective Product,
• Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product, or
• Refund the original purchase price of the Product, not including shipping.

1. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.

1. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

1. Severability

If any provision of this Warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

1. Entire Agreement

This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Purchaser concerning the warranty of the Product and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

1. Modifications

No modification or amendment to this Warranty will be binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
