Limited Lifetime Warranty

Applies to:

• Acrylic Components – Hood guards, window visors

• Bolt-On, Rugged, OEM+ & Summit Fender Flares

• Rear Cab Spoilers & Body Side Moldings

• Sports Bars

Coverage:

Defects in materials or workmanship affecting form, fit, or function under normal use and proper installation.

Excludes:

• Normal wear or environmental damage

• Improper use or installation

• Cosmetic issues from impact, abrasion, or neglect

• Labor or shipping costs

1-Year Limited Warranty - Baseline Fender Flares

Coverage:

Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal usage for one year from the date of purchase.

Excludes:

• Cosmetic damage (fading, scratching, discoloration)

• Improper installation or vehicle abuse

• Labor or shipping costs

🔒 RollTrac Tonneau Cover Limited Warranty

Coverage:

• 5-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty – Structural and mechanical integrity

• 3-Year Limited Electrical Warranty – Motors, wiring, and controls

Excludes:

• Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading, surface rust)

• Water damage due to improper sealing

• Labor for install/removal

• Freight costs

• Unauthorized wiring modifications or splicing

💡 VSL LED Side Light Warranty

Coverage:

• 2-Year Limited Structural Warranty – Housing, mounts, brackets

• 1-Year Limited Electrical Warranty – LED light unit, switch, and internal electronics

Excludes:

• Damage from impact, misuse, or unsealed installation

• Wiring modifications or splicing

• Cosmetic wear or fading not due to defect

• Labor or shipping costs

🎨 Paint-to-Code Warranty (Limited Lifetime)

EGR’s Paint-to-Code process delivers an OE-style multi-stage finish using premium materials. A perfect factory match is not guaranteed due to OEM and environmental factors.

Coverage:

• Blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive fading caused by workmanship or material failure

Excludes:

• Rock chips, scratches, gouges, or impact damage

• Color variance due to OEM paint inconsistencies or age

• Abuse, environmental exposure, or poor maintenance

• Labor or shipping costs

🛠️ Third-party repairs will not be reimbursed without written pre-approval. Painted product sales are final unless authorized for return.

📩 HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

1. Email: info@egrusa.com

2. Include:

   • Proof of purchase

   • Clear photos of the issue

   • A brief description of the problem

3. Our Customer Care team will review and respond with next steps

4. EGR may resolve the issue in the field before approving any return

⚠️ No warranty credits, replacements, or returns will be issued without written approval. Labor and freight are not covered.

🌎 GEOGRAPHIC WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Warranty coverage applies only within the continental United States for purchases made directly from EGR or authorized U.S. retailers.

• Canadian and International Customers: Contact your place of purchase for warranty assistance.

• Direct international claims are not eligible due to logistics and cost limitations.
