Do you have a product warranty?
Yes! We offer a lifetime warranty on manufacturing elements that we are responsible for. In other words if we messed it up, its on us! This includes defective materials and workmanship. Warranties don’t cover any problems that are the result of wear and use.
Do you repair bags?
We no longer offer in-house repair services. However, we love mending instead of replacing our products. Tools like the Fixing.Fashion community map and Repair Cafes are a great place to find help repairing a bag.
