Each piece undergoes rigorous testing, including impacts, drops, kicks, and pushes, to ensure it can handle your adventures. However, even the sturdiest luggage may scuff, dent, or scratch over time, much like your favourite pair of sneakers. Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use. If your hard luggage has been damaged by an airline, we can help by providing you with an official damage report and repair quote. You can then use this to submit your claim directly with the airline. To get started, simply fill out a REPAIR REQUEST FORM below.
