Limited Lifetime Warranty

Croakies Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty

Croakies® warrants any Croakies branded eyewear retainer product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the limited lifetime of the product. Manufacturing faults do not include issues arising from general use or neglect. A warranty assessment takes into account the product’s age and damage from neglect or general use. A product determined to be defective under normal and proper use will be repaired or replaced. Croakies’s Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty does not include shipping costs to return defective product. All other Croakies products carry a limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year. This Limited Warranty is only valid in the United States and Canada.

So, head outside with confidence and use our products proudly. We’ve got your back!

Making a Warranty Claim (US and Canadian Customers Only):

1. Fill out all required fields and click “Submit” on the Warranty Submission.

2. Go to your email and locate the Croakies Warranty Submission confirmation email. Print and include it in the package with your returned defective product. (Be sure to check your Spam folder if you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox).
