Replacement Parts

Looking for a replacement part due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or a lost component? Shop available replacement parts here: https://www.brumate.com/collections/drinkware-replacement-parts

Whenever possible, BrüMate makes individual replacement parts available to help extend the life of our products and reduce unnecessary waste. Replacing a single component instead of an entire product helps keep more products in use and out of landfills.

Drinkware Warranty

BrüMate drinkware products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects may include, but are not limited to, defective lids, handles, locking mechanisms, leaks caused by defective components, loss of insulation, or structural failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship during normal, intended use. All claims are subject to review to determine warranty eligibility.

If a covered issue occurs, BrüMate may repair or replace the affected part or product with a comparable part or product at our discretion. Warranty claims do not qualify for refunds. Replacement parts and products provided under warranty remain covered against manufacturing defects for the remaining warranty period of the original product. BrüMate reserves the right to request additional verification or inspection when repeated claims occur.

Limited-edition colors, prints, accessories, or replacement parts may no longer be available. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an identical replacement when possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will work with the customer to select a comparable replacement from available options whenever possible. BrüMate may also offer store credit as an alternative resolution at our discretion.

Replacement products or components may reflect product, material, or design updates made after the original product was purchased.

Cosmetic imperfections present at the time of purchase must be reported within 90 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections reported more than 90 days after delivery or in-store purchase, scratches, accidental or physical damage, punctures, drops, misuse, improper care, lost parts or accessories, damaged packaging where the product itself is not damaged, or damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or third-party replacement parts.

Cooler Warranty

BrüMate coolers are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and defects affecting covered cooler components.

Whenever possible, BrüMate will repair or replace the affected component rather than replace the entire cooler. Making individual replacement parts available helps extend the usable life of our coolers, reduce unnecessary material waste, and keep more products in use for longer.

Depending on the issue, BrüMate may repair the cooler, provide a replacement component, or replace the cooler with a comparable product at our discretion. Warranty claims do not qualify for refunds.

Limited-edition colors, prints, components, and discontinued cooler models may no longer be available.

The cooler warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, accidental or physical damage, punctures, drops, misuse, improper care, lost parts or accessories, or damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, third-party replacement parts, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty coverage:

• The product must have been purchased directly from BrüMate or an authorized BrüMate retail partner.
• The product must have been used as intended and in accordance with applicable product use and care instructions.
• Proof of purchase may be requested to verify authenticity. We understand that receipts are not always available, particularly for gifts or older purchases. When possible, BrüMate may accept alternative forms of verification, including order history, product identification, photographs, or other reasonable evidence of purchase and authenticity. The absence of an original receipt will not automatically disqualify a claim, provided eligibility can be reasonably verified.
• The product or affected component must be returned to BrüMate for inspection when requested.

Products purchased through unauthorized resellers are not covered under the BrüMate warranty.

Product Returns and Inspection

In some cases, BrüMate may require the affected product or component to be returned for inspection before a warranty claim can be approved.

For most routine claims, photographs or videos of the affected product may be sufficient to determine warranty eligibility without requiring a physical return.

If a return is required, the product must be packaged appropriately to prevent additional damage during shipping. BrüMate will provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

Warranty Terms; Right to Modify**

BrüMate reserves the right to update or modify its warranty terms, scope, duration, eligibility requirements, and conditions from time to time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any modifications will be published on BrüMate's website or otherwise made available to customers. Changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce warranty rights established at the time of purchase, except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
