The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product and is non-transferable.

^ Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance.

Disclaimer of Lifetime Limited Warranty

Warranty is void for any of the following reasons: (i) for any product that has been damaged through negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user; or (ii) if the product is abused by repeated impact on a rough, aggregate surface or from slamming the product on the ground from overhead.

Most problems with bars are caused by abuse, and not because of defects in materials or the manufacturing process. Accordingly, Bells of Steel does not warrant against bending of any bar that has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, or excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar acts).

Cardio Equipment Disclaimer of Warranties

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on items such as, but not limited to, foot pedals, transportation wheels, rubber grips, treadmill belts, plastic end caps, and any other parts that can be reasonably expected to wear down.

This warranty is void if the Product is improperly stored, assembled, altered and/or modified in any way. Improper assembly indications include damaged/stripped wiring harness and stripped threads on nuts or pedals.

The warranty does not cover misuse/abuse or accident/damage such as scratches, broken covers, torn seat or cosmetic damage to paint/finishes.

As described in the User Guide, the product requires maintenance. Accordingly, this warranty does not cover claims resulting from failure to maintain or improper maintenance nor does it cover repair for any noises such as: squeaks, clunks, thumps resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance.

This Limited Warranty does not extend to any Product that is damaged or rendered defective (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) use with the Product of any part not manufactured or sold by Bells of Steel; (c) by modification of the Product; (d) by normal wear and tear; (e) operation using incorrect power supplies; or (f) as a result of service by anyone other than Bells of Steel, or an authorized Bells of Steel service provider.

Any labor cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser. If a Product requires shipment, delivery, or transport it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility and to pay for any fees associated with servicing of a Product. Any evidence of alteration, erasing, or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents voids this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty applies only to Product purchased from Bells of Steel or an authorized retailer.

Disclaimer of Warranties Applicable to All Products

Except for the express warranties set forth above, Bells of Steel makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to its products, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.
