Bedrock Sandals come with our Rock Solid Warranty for the lifetime of their Vibram® Soles. If your sole, straps, or upper (clogs) break from any defective manufacturing during this sole lifetime, we will either repair or replace them for free and cover the cost of shipping both ways (USA). For accidental damage, (i.e your dog ate your straps!), we are happy to repair them for a reasonable charge through our Re-Soul program. Unlike our sandals, for the Mountain Clogs there must be at least 1mm left of rubber in order to be able to re-sole them.
How to Submit Your Warranty Claim
Please submit any warranty claims to support@bedrocksandals.com. In your email please describe your claim and provide a photo showing all claims and your return shipping information. We do require footwear to be cleaned before sending them to us for repair. We will review the information and get back to you shortly!
