Limited Lifetime Warranty

Albany Park, Inc. (“Albany Park”) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) that its furniture products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth below (the “Limited Warranty”).

1. Warranty Coverage

a. Frame and Hardware (Lifetime Coverage)
Albany Park warrants the internal structural frame and associated hardware components of its furniture products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This coverage applies solely to structural failure or breakage resulting from such manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper use, or external forces.

b. Upholstery and Fill Materials (Three-Year Coverage)
Albany Park warrants fabric upholstery, foam, and fiber fill materials against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

This coverage does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, gradual softening of cushions, fading or discoloration due to exposure to sunlight or environmental conditions, or damage resulting from cleaning agents, spills, stains, or pets.

2. Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

· Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes occurring through ordinary use over time

· Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or improper handling

· Damage arising from commercial, rental, or institutional use

· Damage caused by improper cleaning methods, maintenance, or the use of harsh or unapproved chemicals

· Variations in color, texture, or grain resulting from the natural characteristics of materials

· Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

3. Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Albany Park. Albany Park’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty, and Purchaser’s exclusive remedy, will be limited, at Albany Park’s option, to the repair of the defective product or component, the replacement of the defective product or component with the same or a comparable product, or the provision of replacement parts. Any commercial, rental, institutional, or non-residential use of the product shall void this Limited Warranty in its entirety. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albany Park disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Eligibility and Proof of Purchase

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase is required to submit any warranty claim.
